Shipping & Delivery

1. Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 4pm IST or on a holiday are processed the next working day.

You will receive an email or message with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Delivery coverage & timelines

We ship across India. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Metro cities: 2–3 business days
• Rest of India: 4–6 business days
• Remote or non-serviceable pincodes may take a little longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier conditions, weather or public holidays.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping is free and insured on all prepaid and eligible orders across India. Any applicable charges, if introduced, will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders up to ₹20,000, depending on your pincode. COD availability is confirmed at checkout.

5. Order tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. You can also share your order number with us on WhatsApp and we will send you the latest status.

6. Delays, failed or incorrect delivery

If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we will follow up with the courier. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery; re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or with items missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at our cost. This is also covered under our Return & Refund Policy.
