1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sogann website and the purchase of any products from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Products, pricing & availability

All products are subject to availability. Natural leather varies from piece to piece and screen colours may differ slightly from the actual product.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and change prices before you place an order.

4. Orders & payment

Order confirmation means we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. out of stock, pricing error or suspected fraud) and will refund any amount already paid.

We accept UPI, cards, net banking and cash on delivery where available. Online payments are processed by secure third-party gateways.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, the Sogann name and design — is our property or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not use it without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt unauthorised access, and not to interfere with the site's operation or security.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sogann is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your consumer rights.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
